Seriously, why? Many National Breed clubs do, in fact, when someone joins Delaware Valley GSDC, right on the application, they sign that they will abide by the PC's Breeder's Code. The only objection we ever get is "I don't plan on breeding a litter". Well, heck, sign away then because you sure won't violate the code!
