This came up a couple of years ago as a lister had just put concrete
flooring in their house. The new concrete floors are actually

Distressed wood. As a dog owner and Realtor it will hold up better. My
dream home has cement floors with a drain hole in each room. Can just
wash
down. May not be practical!
