I have often served as a ring steward for different specialty clubs and an
all breed with a large GSD entry.
I can tell you that most judges do ask the steward. They don't ask point
blank as to the number of points necessarily, but what the entry/points are
for the region, is it the same both sides etc.
Beryl Eshom...who loves to steward, now that I am no longer exhibiting.
