Thanks Nancy. What did happen?
 
I spent about an hour today going through my outdated P & P  Manual.  I could 
not find anything that says people in a closed door  session should not say 
what happened. As a matter of fact, I couldn't even find  any reason to have a 
closed door session.
 
Then I tried to think why the selection of an editor would be discussed in  a 
closed door session?   I have no answer.
 
Would someone who was there please let us know what happened, and why it  was 
done outside of normal club business?  Or if it is supposed to be kept  
secret, point me to the section of the by-laws or P & P Manual that says so.  I 
could not find it, but I am not known for being all that smart.
 
 
Again, I support this board, I am pleased with the results of the Review  
editor, and am only asking for information so that what is being said is  
accurate. 
 
 I never liked closed door meetings when I was on the board, and I  feel they 
subvert the purpose of this club, unless used to protect the  privacy of an 
accusation against an individual.
 
Or, if they are talking about me.
