Actually it is the other way around. With one vote for each,  we were given 
three votes. One for Dogs, one for Bitches and one for Specials.  So, when we 
voted we gave each person one vote. The theory was that the highest  would be 
the Special judge.
 
Instead a group of German style got together and only voted  one time, all 
for Fred Lanting. The rest of us voted for different people and  spread out 
vote.   We know what happened.
 
Tom vote first for Bill, second for George, and third choice  is Mary.
Alden votes first for Ollie, second for Sue, and third choice  is Mary.
Moses votes first for Barbara, second for Iris,and third  choice is Mary.
 
Mary, who was no ones' first choice, ends up with the most  votes and does  
Specials, even though neither Tom, Alden or Moses wanted  Mary as their first 
choice.
 
The only real solution to one person one vote is to give only  one vote to 
each person. Then it works. But, since we have three judges, we give  each 
person three votes, and the election isn't truly going to the proper  person.  
That 
is why a weighted ballot. We get to say who we want for  Specials, dogs or 
bitches.  With but one vote, we don't  decide.
 
I have trouble making this clear in writing, but when I  presented it to the 
board I had graphs. I find I no longer care. Build it and I  will come.
