besides the outrageous lack of consistency in the two rings, why would
someone new ever want to come back after being spoken to that way... I was at

Tell her judges come in all shapes and sizes. That is one opinion, and
probably a bad one. Opinions are not always correct, and let her know that
there
are as many opinions as there are judges.
Have her go visit a breeder and get an honest opinion, and send a letter to
the AKC with the judge's comments.
