Ok, here are some questions.
Margy missed some meetings. I think that was established, right? So, if she
was having personal problems, was she offered the opportunity to resign?
That would have made sense. It happens, life sometimes does get in the
way......If she was to resign, was there a process to replace her, within our
P&P?
Or any other director? What if someone decides to resign for whatever reason?
What I cant understand is if she was suspended for performance problems,
why would she be nominated again for the same position?
Something just doesn't add up.
I don't know whether this was the case or not, I am just asking. I don't
even know that the process was right, which is why I am asking <G>
Now, as a member, I am curious. The laptop and other recording equipment,
will Tish get that in time to learn to use it before the next Board meeting?
Is Tish familiar with that equipment?
Same with our Treasurer. Is anyone lined up to learn to use all the software
that Bill uses, so the club is not left hanging when Bill's term runs out?
Maybe we need to establish an apprentice program. Minus the Trump, please.
We need understudies. <G>
No one is going to "remove" anyone. I think we all need to chill, and stop
crying that the sky is falling and FOCUS on the REAL problems, and the
upcoming election.
