The survey was facetious and meant to get responses. What is sad is that there
are so few. Maybe, the apathy is the BIG problem with the breed?

excludes new people or people who don't breed but show, or who are just

else that pertains to the breed.
As for the ballot... lumping the two issues together is going to be
problematic... and the club will still be in a pickle.

a single ballot will serve the membership well, nor will excluding anyone
from participating.
