That's why so many of us love to judge. It's our own personal treasure
hunt...and what a treasure some of them are. I am not alone. There are
many of us out there in the center of the ring.

Gladly lump me into the same category Helen...
It would seem there are many who feel if we don't do what "they think we
should do"...we fall into a variety of catagories...many less flattering.
I only make 1 person happy when I judge and that is myself. If I sleep well
after judging a show I feel I have fulfilled my duty to the trust of those
who entered their dogs for my opinion...and got it.
I once told a friend who called and asked me if I would be upset if she
showed her dog to me..."No not at all...but if she shows the dog and it
doesn't win that is the way it is...If our friendship is based on whether or
not I put up your dog...we were never meant to be friends in the 1st place.
That person in on "Da List" and can speak to that comment.
