Who was it supposed to help? I have no idea. I also didn't get a copy,
but when it was filed I was given a copy with the authority to settle the
entire thing. I was unable to do that. The terms were that the complaint
would be dropped if they would leave her alone.
The decision was not to leave her alone, and the complaint goes on. At that
point I declined to be involved.
