[ SHOWGSD-L ] Who's done a KINDNESS for you?

One year at Christmas I gave everyone in my family a diary for one entire
year.. 1/2 was to record kindnesses people had done for you. The other 1/2
was for kindnesses you did for others. Everyone was to report back the next
Christmas.
The entire exercise cause my entire family to reflect, hold to those good
things and not take the small bad things quite so seriously.
