I believe everyone can and does have an opinion. If you are not a member of 
 the GSDCA you still can have an opinion, but it is tempered by the fact 
that you  are not willing to hang in the club in order to help change things 
that are  wrong.  Or support the things that are right.
 
It is like complaining about our government, but declining to  vote.
 
I will still listen to any opinion as to the breed, the club, the members  
or the board. Butt, I do admit, if you are not a member of the club, I take 
that  into consideration and give it just a bit less weight than those who 
pay dues  and hang in there.
 
If I were not a member, I would avoid criticizing what is done. I dropped  
my membership to the WDA, and have never commented since on what they do. I 
feel  I gave that up when I dropped my membership.
 
But that is just my opinion.
