I was thinking along those lines as well, questions need to be Yes or No - do
not allow wiggle room.

I doubt answers to standardized questions will help you much either. Too
many answers are "tell them what they want to hear"
Over the years I have seen people who a lot thought would be great board
members change when they were elected to people we didn't even recognize
People who were once vocal and communicated with the membership become
closed mouth and tell no one anything that goes on. Committees are formed
chairman are changed and the general membership never gets included or even
notified that the positions are open
