It demonstrates that faults are not always accidents. Some people are
intentionally breeding German Shepherds that do not comply with the Standard
and marketing them for the very faults that put them in noncompliance. We
encourage these breeders when we offer them the opportuniity to earn some of
the highest awards we give at our National. I do not believe that our Parent
Club should be offering implied approval to these types of breeders. We should
be supporting breeders who support the Standard.
