Maybe the board members that left should plan to remain at the board
meeting until noon like they are required to do when elected. What is it with
these board members that go all out to get elected then act like they cannot
give the time needed to do their job?

From what I understand they were voting to make the white German shepherd
a
SEPARATE breed, not a separate color class. Unfortunately when you DNA a
white German shepherd or a pigmented German shepherd you get a GERMAN
SHEPHERD, period. Color does not change that fact. I also understand
from
Helen's post that the full Board was not present for this very IMPORTANT
vote.
I know that at least four of those who were not present are very active in
the breed and I question the validity of how our Board can push through
such
an important vote 'under the table' so to speak when seven board members
had
left at 11:30 to catch flights home. I guess I question the timing of
the
vote as to why it was delayed when the full Board was not present.

care to clarify?
