I think markings on the extremities is not the same as a white patch
or spot on the chest of a high percentage of our Breed.

40 years ago someone borrowed my Willis book on color, but as i remember
the white spotting on chest, feet and tail were called Irish markings.
I forget why the name Irish but thinking rats for some reason. (Its been a
long time since I have seen the book) Quite a different Allele than white
color and hopefully the panda coloring.
If that person still has the book perhaps they could shed light on this.
