Nope, a member can't make a motion.. (I KNOW you know that, Kathy:-)
But Unless the Board knows that the membership is unhappy with
something, whether it's giving a Performance award to a GSD with DQ
faults or allowing the white shepherd to be in conformation events, it
will be just assumed that a few of us whine and complain, and the rest
of the membership are o.k. with it the way it is. Now THAT is one
heck of a run amok sentence~ :-)
