I have two questions: 1. If this kind of money has been earmarked for the World Trials, who made the decision to do so and when was that decision made? 2. If the GSDCA has or plans to have $250,000 to spend on the World Trials, why does the parent club NOT have the funds to truly and effectively help its own regional clubs so that they do not go under? Would that money be better spent "at home"?
