[ SHOWGSD-L ] Whelping - question about temps

Haylee's temp has been between 100.2 and 100.8 for the past few days, always a
bit higher in the AM than in the PM. Tonite it is 99.2 - she is only at day 56
- how long does the temp need to be dropped before whelping occurs, and is it
possible that her temp has dropped but will go back up? She is showing no
other signs of whelping - no nesting/digging, no distress, no abnormal panting
(she and KC are both panting - it's a bit warm in the house).Gail Bauman
