I have a 4x6...and I agree, no bottom. I have mine on a concrete floor....I put plastic down first, then a 3" foam pad, more plastic over that and then imitation leather on tap to present nails tearing the plastic ..That foam is wonderful for mom who has to lay there so much, and me who lays with her a lot. I use large flannel sheets and tuck them under the box edges, then put plush towels on top. It it easy to change the towels when slightly soiled, and the flannel every other day.
