What does your contract say? Did she leave a deposit? When I sell pups, I have
a holding/deposit agreement which states that the deposit is non -refundable if
not picked up by x age (pet pups is 10 weeks...age changed based on the pup).
It also states that the pupand can be re-sold by me since the potential buyer
broke the contract by not paying in full/picking up pup, and any deposts given
will NOT be returned due to the fact that I now need to find a new home fotr
the pup. If you don;t have a contract, I would get one in the future, it
protects you, and lets your buyer know they have a certain amount of time or
they may lose the pup that they said tehy loved so much.
If you have no deposit, no contract find the pup another home that truly
wants him.
