So what is the problem you are most concerned about: 

    â?¢ The BYB? 
    â?¢ The Youth of the Sire 
    â?¢ Or the in-breeding 
    â?¢ Or that this individual is using these tools without discretion?

It has recently come to my attention that a 'breeder' (more like a BYB) in 
California is advertising puppies out of a female who was bred to her 
9-month old son, and they come complete with AKC registration and 
everything! The AKC does not have a policy regarding registration of inbred 
puppies (as long as they get their registration fees, who cares?! Grr), but 
is there anything that can be done?
