And yes, my local PO still has the same amount of clerks but now instead
of 3 clerks manning the counters, only 1 clerk is working while the other 2
are sitting with "window closed" signs in front of them. I don't know if
this happens all the time, but I know it's that way when I stand in line
with Red Books to mail <GRRRR>
