Then it is just a sign of how unbelievably stupidly this whole thing was
handled. But then the executive board decided that the charges against them
should not be heard and that is a total and complete conflict of interest. Had
we been so inclined, it would have been a cause for another lawsuit. That is
what happens when the board can't work according to the bylaws and laws. Very
sad indeed.
