Today, then, the WDA is a separate entity from the GSDCA. They are no
longer a committee, they have their own Board of Directors, their own
structure, and their own agendas. Their members are not obligated to follow
any of
the GSDCA directives, and the membership of the GSDCA has no obligations
to the WDA.....right?
Why is it then, that their is a perceived obligation from the GSDCA,
besides the obvious history? Are there bylaws that establish certain
responsibilities to either group?
And who is going to host the World Show: The WDA or The GSDCA? We are
talking a lot of money.
