Been computerless since Thursday or Friday.  Missed Ellen Migliore's Birthday 
on the 15th.  A Belated Happy Birthday, Ellen; hope you had a great day!

Quick Brag - 

In Las Vegas this weekend, Harley, handled by one of his very favorite 
handlers, Mr. Stephen Cabral, won his 90th and 91st Best of Breed awards; he 
also achieved the Silver Level on his Grand Championship (subject to AKC 
Confirmation).  He went on to a nice Group II on Saturday, too.  Breed and 
Group judges were, on Saturday, Mrs.Edna K. (Katie) Gammill and on Sunday, Mrs. 
Terry M. DePietro.  I believe Harley to be the 3rd or 4th male GSD to achieve 
the Silver level GCH.  Capi and Zeus are ahead of him and Payday was 1 shy as 
Harley was 4 shy, so I will await the AKC announcement to see where he came in. 
 All in all, I am pretty darned proud of him, yet again!!

Went to a great show at the Mirage on Saturday night.  Played a bit of Black 
Jack (to my advantage), ate well, drank well, bet on some ball games, some 
successfully and some not so (DARNED TIGERS!!).  Ran into several friends whom 
I had not seen in some time, so that in itself was delightful.  It was a great 
weekend, with wonderful friends, in a really fun location.   And people wonder 
WHY we do this????   :-)   :-)
