I agree with Ed.
I am currently trying to stop a monarchy from extraditing my client, and
they just adopted a new constitution without a vote of the people.
The country is Thailand, and my client is a Buddhist Priest with
10,000,000 followers.
It is hard to deal with a monarchy, but unlike Thailand, the GSDCA does
allow votes and you can't change the constitution.
On the other hand, there was a junta a few years ago in Thailand. Maybe
that is what our club needs.
