My vet's take on this is: There is a skin glue used for certain parts of
surgery such as keeping the cathater in place. Superglue has some chemicals
that can and do burn the skin, and it is not recommended for use directly on
skin.
However!!!! I used superglue to keep a small patch on Bucko when he had his
rabies cyst removed and then he opened the wound. Worked like a charm.
I think be very careful is a way to go.

girl that fosters for me in Nebraska and she glued the rollers in with only a
couple of spots of Super Glue, one on the bottom and one on the top of the
rollers . I am wanting to know if the super glue will hurt him and if gluing
like that will even work . I always glue the whole roller . She has never taped
ears before and I am not there to help her . I told her to get the 3M weather
stripping glue and she couldn't find it so she bought Super Glue .
