[ SHOWGSD-L ] What a weekend

WOW what an awesome weekend. My daughter Denise and I were at the Monroe MI
All Breed shows this past weekend. Despite the cooollld and rainy weather, the
warmth of great friends and good sportsmanship (except for a couple) was so
nice to have. Not to mention AWESOME wins. First Denise and my brown dog
after taking a back seat this year to Rihanna, took Winners bitch and Reserve
on Saturday. Our brown girl is Kansten's Evanescence OFA (Leah) Leah was
handled by Jeff Pyle. Then our super star Ch. Foxhaven-MyJoy Good Girl Gone
Bad, "Rihanna" or Princess Rihanna which is what she perfers to be called, took
Group I both Saturday and Sunday, under judges Linda Roby and Sheila Polk.
What an honor and joy to see her and Jeff in the ring and looking awesome. BIS
was so nerve racking, so many deserving dogs. Thanks to Jeff for his expert
handling and friendship. Congratuations to Jeff and Jamie Vanderkooi on their
wins with Sexy Chick, Rihanna's younger sister. To Jon Beyer and Jason on
their new Champion "Jackson" Its 5 O'clock Somewhere!! Thanks for the support
and cheering from our friends and you all know who you are. Thanks to all the
very nice comments from ring side.
