This email is very like one I received a few years back. I don't remember the
Particulars, but I had a Gut Feel that it was not legitimate. I deleted it
without
replying , and I recommend the same action here.

A fellow breeder/lister received this email and it seemed "weird' to
her. Checking out the name, some dubious relationships were found.
(If anybody wants what is found, please contact me privately...
Suffice to say, there were a lot of connections to those who aren't on
the side of breeders.)
If anybody receives an email from this person, proceed with caution
and if she is a legitimate pup buyer,please let us know. We don't
want to malign anybody without cause, but the email DID raise flags.
