Some of the WYSIWYG sites work out okay. But you limited to their templates.
Homestead and Siteskins seem to be popular with dog people. There are plenty of
sites that work with just PC, but there are also free Mac sites where you can
download web design apps. If you have a Mac and a membership with Mobileme, you
can use their free Website application which is lovely and can be transferred
to your own domain/host. If you work with a "design service", find out just
how quickly your site will be updated, what the update charges will be, and how
they charge for domain name/hosting. Prices are all over the map.
