I am on the local task force for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, Ride for 
Kids-they have an annual meeting, where they fly task force leaders to the 
meeting.  A travel agency handles all - they give us our choice of flights and 
they book them ALL- great rates, and saves on expenses. 

It works!
