An old friend of mine used to race a white German shepherd dog sled team. He always had a wolf or two at the house. The last time I saw him he had one. They were bigger than German shepherds, and very shy. I doubt a wolf would ever attack a person, unless in a pack or perhaps if the person were injured. I also saw a young magician at the convention who was using a wolf in his act. They had him since he was a pup, and was very bonded to the kid, but still quite shy. Didn't seem to be aggressive at all. But, I am no Little Red Riding Hood either. Not that there is anything wrong with that.
