[ SHOWGSD-L ] WHAT doesn't kill you makes you stronger

Hello Everyone,
it's been a long time since I've been on the list or anywhere else. The last
shows I attended were at the Ballston Spa shows in NY, where I was dragging my
left leg around due to a torn meniscus, had a large bone spur and a torn
Achilles tendon.
Then in September, I was sitting at the dinning room table with my husband and
I asked him for a pillow so I could lay down on the floor, he asked if I could
make it to the bed and I said no, just a pillow, Nick asked me If I wanted him
to call 911 I said no, Nick said hell with this and called.
They took me away for 5 days and found nothing wrong with my heart, however....
I was having sever pain from the right side of my neck , over my ear and to the
top of my forehead over my right eye. No one ever checked my head, ( I had a
sever fall in 05) messed with my brain, (I know, no excuse for the way I act)
hahah well, one week later, I woke up and could not see out of my right eye.
Went to the emergency room and they found out I had a stroke where the vein
busted behind my eye.
So far I had my Achilles fixed and that was no joke, had 4 sessions with
needles stuck throught the eye to clear up the blood and just found out I will
have to continue the needles for the rest of my life every 6 weeks. Am I
quiting showing or breeding dogs....LIKE HELL!!!
I think God has other plans for me.
Infact, Yvonne has been mentoring me in my breeding program. For the first
time since I started in shepherds, I have a mentor and a good friend. Thanks
