I think conflict of interest would be put to rest if club business was all
public knowledge(except of course the behind closed door items) so far i
have talked to 3 board members who have never seen the wda financial or
membership numbers. I think it should treated the same as our national,
futurities
etc. The board members need to know where the clubs money is being spent.
Not just the wda funds but all funds
