No, Tish, I am NOT implying the GSDCA pays the way of WDA Board members.
What I said was if the GSDCA Board member is already there and is a member of
the
WDA Board then yes, their airfare is already paid by the GSDCA because they
serve as BOTH a GSDCA Board member AND a WDA board member. And that airfare is
paid by the GSDCA. Agree?
