I too have spent a large portion of my working years in politics. And it
is also a known fact that a loud vocal and persistent minority can give the
impression of a majority. I believe had I a vote I would have voted no BUT I
was not there and who knows if I were I may have found a reason to vote yes.
Be assured it would not have been because I was in favor of puppy mills as I
am sure the yes vote were not.
