[ SHOWGSD-L ] Voting and Ballots

gotten a number of private emails from people in Canada attesting to the
problem - it is both real and ongoing.
Why is it done at the last minute? What is wrong with sending the ballots
out a month in advance? This seems like an easy solution to the problem and
would give people time to let the board know that they didn't get a ballot.
I know the board will work this small problem out.
