[ SHOWGSD-L ] Vitamin Therapy for DM?????

Curious here - I use magnesium and B6 to combat numbness & tingling in my
hands, my husband's massage therapist recommended it to help with fatigue and
to
help combat carpal tunnel. (I don't have carpal tunnel but I do repetitive
work with my hands.)
Anyone know if there are any vitamin therapies that can help dogs with DM?
Just wondering. Please reply to the list, this question is the result of a
private conversation but I'm betting there's a whole lot of people who would be
interested in the answer.
