I do beleive that AKC changed its ruling a few years ago....as follows: If
a Veteran Dog or Bitch goes BOB...that is as far as they can go, they cannot
compete in Group

not.....the Sel is a non regular class anyway. BUT....could a
neutered/spayed
veteran go BOB?
