[ SHOWGSD-L ] Veterans

A few weekends ago I took my veteran Am.Ch. & Intl. Ch. Shephill's Augustus
McCrae (Gus) to a show in Belton, Tx. Everyone at ringside, and including the
judge, Mr. Del Richards clapped for him as he went around. Although Gus was the
only veteran entered, he showed his heart out. He will be 8 yrs. old in Feb,
and he hasn't been in the ring in a long time. He & I had a blast that day and
if the opportunity arrises, we will do it again.
Thanks everyone at ringside, Mr. Richards, and Collette Livingston for her
great presentation of my guy.
