I guess I'm confused. I understand that anyone can bring a lawsuit against the
club for any reason, but what I don't get is why so many seem to think that
there is no basis for keeping this man out of the club. He is a commercial
puppy breeder that ships thousands upon thousands of puppies bought from puppy
mills (I believe he owns his own puppy mills as well) to pet stores across the
country (FACT).
Whether some think this is his business and his right as an American and in
fact a good example of American initiative hard at work.....most members I
would assume think he is a slimball that has done nothing for the breed of
dog...any breed of dog for that matter so based on that, it should be enough to
deny him membership to the club.
If he chooses to sue, well I guess we cross that bridge when we come to it,
but to crumble before him without any type of resistance doesn't say much for
the club and what it claims to represent.
Also keep in mind that his reasons for joining the club could utlimately
mean that if he were to win a lawsuit, he may benefit very little from becoming
a member. Not everyone in this club is driven by the almighty dollar.

Totally agree with you Karen. The parent club needs to take a stand. But
they are afraid of a lawsuit. I bet they will do nothing...see no evil, hear
no evil....you know?
