[ SHOWGSD-L ] Utah specialty brag

Hi all,
Just want to brag on my puppy girl Dixie. She went First 9-12 puppy bitch
and Best Puppy both yesterday (under Carl Anderson) and today (under Nadine
Grady) at our Great Salt Lake German Shepherd Dog Club specialties.
"Dixie" is Caisson's Damn The Torpedoes, and her daddy is Dallas--Sel Ch
Kismet's Sight for Sore Eyes, HSCS and her mama is Cassie--Ch Carousel Farms
Caisson, TD, PT, AX, NAP, OAJ, NJP (and I think more that aren't listed on
Dix's
papers 'cuz they're newer than the papers are.) She was bred by Julie Degen
(thanks Julie for the chance to own her!) and is owned by me.
What makes this so special is I was handling...and anyone who's seen me
handle already knows I'm not very good at it, so this was the first time I'd
gotten a blue ribbon on a dog I was handling with competition, let alone Best
Puppy...both days!
