I have never seen a dog that in proper condition has a problem acclimating 
after even 24 hours to the altitude. 
People, yes, sometimes,  speaking as someone who has serious asthma 
myself..but again conditioning, lol, really helps the problem. The handlers 
will face 
the biggest issue with it, but for them as most are used to running with the 
dogs to one degree or another, it should be no problem after a day or two. We 
went to Salt Lake for the Beehive cluster a couple of years ago...never noticed 
the altitude. It is a beautiful venue.
