Hi Peter: When I reviewed this product on my blog, I reported that yes
you have to be careful not to press too hard on the dog. Some are
sensitive to it. Also I wouldn't recommend this when you're showing the
dog. It pulls all the undercoat out. It's good if you have a couple of
months before a show and you want to strip him down and HOPEFULLY the
hair will grow back in time. Go back on my blog Peter and see what
