It is nice to see some new faces judging instead of the same ones weekend after weekend. I know Ms Linda Robey is very interested in German Shepherds and attended the judges seminar at the National in St. Louis. Ok, but isn't that the crux of the problem? If a Judge is letting the handlers influence him/her, they shouldn't be judging the breed. She may be interested in the breed and attended the seminar, but to put up a dog lacking the proper GSD temperament, she didn't use what she learned at the seminar. She allowed herself to be influenced by the handler? Afterall, a "face" wouldn't show an inferior dog, right? Sorry, being sarcastic.
