Could this be caused by the way they have been treated? No one wants to stick around and take the stress that they are paying $$$$$ for? Maybe they don't feel it is worth it to stick around for a lifetime. How many years is someone supposed to "run the gamut" and be treated as a newcomer/outsider before they are finally accepted and treated like one of the family? Simple questions/observations stemming from my own experience and seeing that many many others seem to experience the same thing - as voiced on this list....
