[ SHOWGSD-L ] Ultrasound Question?

Hi Maybe some of you with more experience in this area can give me some
opinions.....
This is the scenario.
This is a maiden bitch , just turned 4 yrs old.

Noticed blood 9/3 call it day 1=20
Progesterone done 9/10 day 7 , she was at 5
2 days later did a Tran cervical Insemination and progesterone is at 7.1
100% cornified, some edema (Vet felt she should have been much higher =
than
this 7.1)
3days later did a Tran cervical Insemination and progesterone is at
19.26.. more wrinkled (day 12)
2 days later did a smear and still 100% cornified did another Tran
cervical..(day 14)

SO 21 days from her SECOND breeding we do an ultrasound. She says there =
is
fluid in the uterus . She can't say she iS pregnant or isn't pregnant, =
but
she feels because there is fluid in the uterus that something is going =
on
and maybe she took on her later breeding and that they haven't =
attached.

So what's your opinion? what is the fluid? does any of this make =
sense?

BTW this bitch was AI'd ( regular @ home, not at vet) last cycle from =
day 9
thru day 17 and no puppies. Same male. Male has had a sperm check before
this breeding and it was of course checked at the Tran cervical appts. =
90+ %
motility. Plus he is has puppies on the ground..
