They didn't use different terms for the same thing.
When the word "hocks" was used, it referred to the actual hock...esp. when 
it said "no visible wobble."  The part of the leg they are calling the rear 
pastern can't wobble..those are long bones and if they wobbled they'd be 
broken.
   The motiion being referred to is when hocks go in and out...they 
shouldn't ever do that...hocks should be moving forward (when the dog is 
moving forward) in a straight line..not wobbling in and out.
     I don't understand your problem............
