Interesting point. I may want to say anyone named as a target, since I am
named. But I can't imagine anyone who is accused being able to be
unbiased. Certainly if there is a vote on the board concerning the litigation
those named as actors in the law suit should not be voting.
I might not go so far as saying they should not be on the board, since
they haven't been proven yet to have acted as she says they did, and they can
serve on other matters. But, clearly there is a conflict as was shown
lately when it was suggested the law suit be published.
